1. General Policy
All payments made on AgentForge are generally non-refundable. By purchasing any plan or credits, you agree to this policy.
2. Credits Usage
Once credits are used for generating images, they cannot be refunded under any circumstances.
3. Unused Credits
Unused credits are non-refundable but may remain available for use within your subscription period.
4. Subscription Plans
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable. You can cancel anytime, but no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.
5. Failed Generations
If an image generation fails due to a technical error from our system, the used credit may be restored or the request may be reprocessed after review.
6. Incorrect Output
AI-generated outputs depend on input quality, user instructions, and model behavior. Dissatisfaction with output quality does not qualify for a refund once credits are used.
7. Duplicate Payments
In case of accidental duplicate payments, you may contact us within 48 hours for review and possible refund.
8. Fraudulent Transactions
If a payment is identified as fraudulent or unauthorized, we reserve the right to suspend the account and take necessary action.
9. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued only in exceptional cases at our sole discretion, after checking payment records, credit usage, and technical logs.
