Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy explains how AgentForge collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use our AI visual generation platform.

1. Information We Collect
We may collect your name, email address, login details, device information, browser type, IP address, pages visited, uploaded images, textile designs, product photos, jewellery photos, and AI-generated outputs. We do not claim ownership of your uploaded content.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your information to provide AgentForge services, generate AI visuals, manage accounts, process payments, improve platform performance, provide support, and send important service updates.
3. Uploaded Images & Generated Outputs
You retain ownership of your uploaded images, designs, and generated outputs. We do not publicly display, sell, or redistribute your private uploads without your permission.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored using trusted cloud infrastructure. We use secure authentication and encrypted connections where applicable. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your information.
5. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share required information with trusted service providers such as payment gateways, hosting providers, storage providers, AI generation APIs, analytics tools, and support tools only when needed to operate the platform.
6. Cookies & Tracking
We may use cookies or similar technologies to remember sessions, improve user experience, understand usage patterns, and keep the platform secure. You can control cookies through your browser settings.
7. Payments & Billing
Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. AgentForge does not store full card or banking details on its own servers. Payment providers process such information under their own privacy and security policies.
8. Data Retention
Active accounts: all data is retained while your account is active. Account deletion: profile, generations and uploads are removed within 30 days of an account-deletion request. Billing records may be retained up to 7 years per Indian tax law. Inactive accounts (24+ months) may be archived after a 30-day email notice. 9. DPDP Act 2023 — Your Rights as a Data Principal
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act 2023, you have the right to information about your data, the right to correction and erasure, the right to withdraw consent, the right to nominate, and the right to grievance redressal. To exercise any of these rights, email info@aiagentforge.in with the subject 'DPDP Request — [Right Name]'. We respond within 30 days as required by law.
10. Grievance Officer
Per the DPDP Act 2023 and the IT (Intermediary) Rules 2021, AgentForge has appointed a Grievance Officer. Contact: info@aiagentforge.in. We acknowledge complaints within 7 days and resolve within 30 days. Full contact details, including breach notification protocol, are on our Data Protection page.
11. Data Breach Notification
In the event of a personal data breach that may pose a risk to data principals, AgentForge will notify the Data Protection Board of India and affected users within the timelines required by the DPDP Act 2023, with the nature of the breach, categories and approximate number of users affected, likely consequences, and mitigation actions taken.
12. Children's Privacy
AgentForge is not intended for individuals under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Under the DPDP Act 2023, processing of a child's data requires verifiable parental consent — we do not solicit such data.
13. Cross-Border Data Transfers
Our cloud infrastructure (Supabase, Razorpay, analytics partners) may process data outside India. Transfers are made under standard contractual safeguards and only to jurisdictions that meet AgentForge's data-protection standards.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material updates are notified by email and posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of AgentForge after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
